Shipping methods & delivery times:

Standard shipping Austria: 3.90 € / 2-4 business days (without tracking)

Express shipping Austria: 6.40 € / 1-3 business days (with tracking)

Standard shipping Europe: 6.90 € / 5-10 business days (without tracking)

Express shipping Europe: 9.90 € / 3-5 business days (with tracking)

All packages are shipped via Österreichische Post.

Delivery problems: If your package has not arrived on time, please send an email to noriama@yahoo.com. We will check it immediately for you and try to find a suitable solution.

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If not, you can return your purchased jewelry. Please contact us by email within 10 days of delivery. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

First, contact us by email and explain your return, including the order number: noriama@yahoo.com

Return conditions

The right of return or exchange applies only to unworn and flawless jewelry. If a piece of jewelry breaks within the first 14 days, we offer a free repair or exchange.

Personalized jewelry cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please return the jewelry in its original packaging with all accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use secure packaging to avoid transport damage.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer; you are free to choose the shipping provider. We are not liable for lost returns, so we recommend tracked return shipping.
